Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is operated by ORO Design & Construct (CA Lic. #1111625), 2351 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90057. You can reach us at (424) 419-5870 or info@orodc.com.

What we collect

When you send a form on this site (free estimate, instant estimate, quote, roof inspection or contact), we receive the details you type in, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, the type of project and your description of it, and any photos, videos or plans you choose to attach.

With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the page that referred you, your browser type, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid), so we know which of our pages and listings people use.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, prepare estimates, arrange inspections, consultations and site visits, and talk with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

Form submissions are stored with the service providers that host this website and our lead records. They process the information only to provide that service to us.

Text messages

We send text messages only if you tick the text message box on a form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Messages are about your request and project; message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (424) 419-5870 or emailing info@orodc.com. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your request and our project records, and then delete them.

Other sites and changes

This site links to other websites, such as review platforms, social media and our financing partner. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

This site is not directed to children under 13. If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
